Ingredients 10 to 15 ice cubes (depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be) 2 cups Good Karma Flaxmilk 1 cup carrot juice 2 tablespoons raw honey 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Combine All Ingredients Blend High Speed until Smooth @ 2 minutes.
